Know which login you need

Your customer portal manages orders, invoices and services. Your service username and password are used for playback. For a compatible third-party player you may also need the Server URL. Copy these from the welcome message, not from a public tutorial or another customer's screenshot.

Use the customer portal for billing and the BexyTV web player for browser playback. The web player uses the service login. Do not publish screenshots that expose it.

Pick your first screen

  • Computer or supported browser: try the web player without installing another desktop app.
  • Android TV or Google TV: check a supported player or the official BexyTV app instructions.
  • Fire TV: verify the model uses Fire OS, not Vega OS, before following Android installation instructions.
  • Other smart TVs: check the OS and regional app store. A brand name is not a compatibility guarantee.

The device setup guide explains those differences. Player purchases, where required, are separate from service billing unless stated otherwise.

Your first viewing session

  1. Open one live channel and wait for it to start.
  2. Check sound, picture and remote navigation.
  3. Open the guide and compare the listed program with the broadcast.
  4. Save a few Favorites rather than scrolling the whole catalog every time.
  5. Close playback before trying another device if your plan allows only one connection.

When payment and playback disagree

If an invoice is paid but a service still looks inactive, give support the invoice number and the affected service. Do not create a duplicate order or pay again as a troubleshooting step. If you have multiple services, match the invoice to the one you intended to renew.

Make a support request easy to investigate

Include your device model, app version, channel name, local time and exact error. Say whether another channel works. Keep private credentials out of public comments and use the support route linked from the official website.

Start with a realistic evaluation

Eligible new users can check the current trial before choosing a paid term. Trial approval, available feeds and device support have conditions; a successful first session is not a promise that every channel will always work. The plan and checkout pages are the source for current prices and connection allowances.
